High-Performance 28m3 Cryogenic Liquid CO2 Semi Trailer Successfully Delivered to South American Client
Recently, our brand-new 28m3 cryogenic liquid CO2 semi trailer tanker has completed full-process quality inspection and cross-border shipment, and been officially delivered to the site of a South American industrial gas client, serving the large-scale transportation of industrial liquid carbon dioxide in the local area.
Equipped with a mature 3-axle load-bearing structure, the equipment features a rated payload of 27,600kg and a design pressure of 2.2MPa. Adopting vacuum perlite double-layer insulation technology, it fully adapts to the strict working conditions of low-temperature storage and constant-temperature transportation of liquid CO2, greatly reducing medium volatilization loss.
Strictly manufactured in line with South American industrial transportation specifications and international cryogenic pressure vessel standards, the CO2 semi trailer tank has passed multiple pressure-bearing tests and low-temperature simulation inspections in tightness, pressure resistance and thermal insulation stability, balancing heavy-load capacity and long-term safety. Optimized with upgraded suspension and wear-resistant tires, it adapts to complex road conditions and outdoor operation in South America.
